About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

New passports - train to mongolia

Hi - I am arriving in Beijing with 2 kids on July 3rd and their passports are not issued yet, but I expect them soon. Can you please confirm if this is going to be an issue?
Secondly, from Beijing I was going to take train to Mongolia on either July 6th or July 7th. Do we need Chinese visas?

Nara, I can't help you confirm if your children's passports are going to be issued. Plus, you need Chinese visa.
