Sending luggage from Shanghai, China to Pakistan

I need to send my luggage bag of 30 kg from China to Pakistan. What are the cheapest rates for sending 30 kg bag?

Well, first of all, the weight limitation is 20kg. The surface mail for 20kg is aroudn CNY280.
