You don't need a transit visa as you qualify for the 144h twov in Shanghai.Please let the check-in agent in Lyon know that you'll get use of the 144h twov in Shanghai.In Shanghai you have to go to the 144h twov counter to get your 6 days temporary permit.btw. there are no nonstop flights from Lyon to Shanghai.I guess you'll have another transfer in Europe as Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt?
