Prescription medication

Hello,
I take blood thinners in 0.8ml injections twice daily. I will have the medication on my carry on and I will be in China for 12 days. I will be travelling by air and train so I will be going through security check points. Should I have a note translated in Mandarin and Cantonese explaining what the injections are? Although they are individually wrapped would there be any issues since they are in injection form?

As far as I know, if passengers carry the necessary liquid medicines, they need to issue the relevant certificate of the medical institutions, and take out the medicines separately confirming them by safety inspection, and the excess part must be checked. I suggest you consult your doctor in advance and call your airline directly for more accurate information.
