I want to travel to quingdao and use the transfer visa but i also have a china m bussines visa.

I want to go to qingdao for some sightseeing. And i want to use the transfer visa. My flight will be from japan-kansai (kix) --> china-qingdao (TAO) and then (TAO) --> korea incheon (INC) --> to then transfer back to japan-tokyo for my flight home to the netherlands.
I have already a china m bussiness visa. Is it still possible to use the transfer Visa with above schedule?

I assume that your M visa has limited number of entries and you don't want to use them because of some future purposes, right? In this case, you are definitely allowed to use 144 hours visa free transit in Qingdao and your itinerary is definitely eligible for this convenience. Just keep in mind that you should approach, upon your landing in Qingdao, to relevant counter and explain them that you intend to aplly for 144 hours visa free transit and not to use your M visa. This will be allowed, don't worry. Just have your tickets and accommodation booking in hard copy upon your arrival.
