Does 72 Hour Free Visa Apply Here?

Hello, I fly from Orlando, FL, USA to Cambodia from June 7th until June 18th. On June 10th, I am flying from Cambodia to Shanghai for less than 48 hours; leaving to go back to Cambodia on June 11th. Then, head back to USA on June 18th. Does the 72 Hour free visa apply in Shanghai?

Not unless you travel to a third country before you fly back to Cambodia.
