About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Dubai - Singapore - Shanghai - Dubai (via Singapore)

My flight originates in Dubai, flying to Singapore for a short visit before flying onto Shanghai for 4 days. After Shanghai I return to Dubai (via Singapore connection).

Am I eligible for 144 hour visa on arrival in Shanghai?

You need a visa or different flights. There is no visa on arrival in Shanghai, and you are not in transit to a third country.
