Is the Bank of China on the departures floor of T3, Beijing Cpaital Airport open on Sundays?

What are the working hours of the Bank of China? I would like to exchange currency.

Generally, it opens from 8:30 to 17:00. However, the ATM and other money exchanges are available for 24 hours.
