About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Lay over in Beijing 22hours

I am USA permanent residence, holding Vietnamese passport. I will have lay over 22 hours in Beijing, before heading to Vietnam. I understand that I can apply for 24 hour free entry permit, but if my flight some how delay more than 2 hours. What will I do if that happen ? Thank you.

I would not worry if flight is delayed. Though go through check in and continue through exit protocols based on the originally scheduled flight time. They will understand since its outside of your control.
