About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London / Shanghai / London

Hello,

Can the country A and C be the same? in other words, could I use a 72-Hour Visa-Free to fly from the UK to China and from China back to the UK shortly after?

I think the rules are simple, A and C must be different.
