About:China Work Visa

Is it possible to convert a business visa into a longer term work visa in Guangzhou?

Hi, I am starting a restaurant project in Guangzhou and will be partnering with a local company. Is it possible to apply for a business 60 days visa in Australia, and then further applying for a longer 1 year work visa when I am physically in China? Also, is a round ticket required if travelling to China on a business 60 days visa? Thanks

Hi, generally, it is possible for you to apply for business type and then switch into work type. Plus, if you apply for business type, a round ticket is not required but you need to provide invitation letter for business activities in China.
