Processing time and fees of normal visa vs rush service

I hold Cambodia passport. I would like to apply for Hong Kong VISA for a business meeting next week. How long will it take to process normal visa vs rush service? What are the fee differences?

Generally speaking, if you apply through the embassy in your country, it may take four working days. If the application is transferred to HK side, it may take one month. I'm not sure if there is rush service. You can contact the embassy to know about this and the fee.
