From my personal experience, you need to arrive at Zhuhai highway port from Guangzhou, and then take the shuttle bus cross the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge to Hong Kong. Upon arriving at Zhuhai highway port, you can take the escalator from the exit floor to the shuttle bus hall on the first floor to buy tickets after inspection and customs clearance.
