About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

London (U.K.) to Shanghai, Japan cruise back to SH and then uk

Hi, we are planning to arrive on the Sunday and then catch our cruise on the Tuesday to Japan for 7 days. We will be returning back to SH the week after on the Tuesday through to the Sunday when we get our plane back to the uk. Can I use the 144 visa free application? Thanks

Yes, you can use 144 hours visa free transit twice in SH. By the way, you should have in mind that your flights to and from SH should not have any additional landings within mainland China beside SH and also that your cruise does not have a port call in mainland China city immediately after and immediately before your departure/arrival in SH.
