Chinese Passport holder from the Philippines will go to Hongkong

Do I need to obtain visa if I am a Chinese Passport holder from the Philippines will go to Hongkong and be back in the Philippines after 4 days?

For a PRC passport holder, one needs a HKSAR entry permit from a Chinese embassy or consulate given that you are not in transit to a third country or region.
