About:Shanghai Pudong International Airport Maps

My SQ flight arrives at Shanghai Pudong Airport T2.

Then I must transfer to ANA flight departing from T2

1. Do I need some kind of visa or other transit document ?
2. Must I collect my baggage and check myself in at an ANA counter ?
3. Must I go through immigration and, if so, how many times ?
4. Will anyone speak English and be helpful ?
5. How long will this all take (my flight arrives at 6h30 am and my next one departs at 10h20 am) ?

Many thanks

1. No visa is needed but you may need to apply for a stay permit.
2. It depends on if your flight is a connecting flight. If yes, then you don't need.
3. Yes, generally one time.
4. Yes, of course.
5. Don't worry, it is completely enough.
