Tourist in thailand

Hi I am a Singapore passport holder currently on a holiday in Thailand, can I apply for a Chinese visa here?

Yes, you can. Singapore citizens can enjoy visa-free if they stay in China for no more than 15 days, so check whether you still need to apply for a visa.
