About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Multiple applications

Hello, can I apply multiple times to the 144-Hour visa-free transit ?
My itinerary is :
Paris -> Beijing
Tianjin -> Jeju
Jeju -> Shanghai
Shanghai -> Paris
with 6 days in Beijing, 6 days in Jeju and 6 days in Shanghai. So I would need to apply in Beijing and in Shanghai.

Paris -> Beijing -> Tianjin -> Jeju is one 144 hour transit
Jeju -> Shanghai -> Paris is another 144 hour transit.
Any other China landings may change the answer.
