About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Daughter teaching English in China.

My daughter is teaching in China and I’m going to visit and stay with her what visa do I need we’re only going to be in Shenzhen so I believe I can get a 5 day visa on arrival but what do I need for accommodation paperwork, I’m trying to ring the application centre but so far i’ve been waiting for nearly an hour for someone to pick up!! Thanks.

Sara, you can get a 5 day visa on arrival. You need to submit round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.

Hi thanks for your reply, the accommodation is the problem because obviously I’ll be staying with her but she has just told me that she’ll have a resident visa by the time I go so I think that makes things easier🤞
