About:China Private Visit Visa

If my son stays with me on S2 visa will he have to leave after months and for how long before he

can go back to China then. I am planning to work there for 4 years. He is not going to work there. But he wants to stay with me for the 4 years. How can we do that? Thank you for your quick response.

For your situation, your son can apply for S1 type. Then, within 30 days of arriving in China, apply for temporary residence permit for 4 years.
