About:Beijing Capital Airport T3

I am flying BA38 PEK - LHR and departure time at Beijing Capital Airport is 11:40.

What time will BA Bag Drop Off open? I will be at the airport at 06:00.
If BA Bag Drop Off is not open at 06:00, can I still drop my bags off at another One World Bag Drop Off desk that is open at that time?

Generally, it opens about 2.5 hours before departing so it may open about 09:00. You can not drop at another desk.
