About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Would it cause any troubles?

I am travelling from Russia to Shanghai and then to Singapore, so I assume this is eligible route. But I don't posses a hard copy of the visa for Singapore (since it's elecronic), however, I have an official Letter of Approval which serves as a visa to enter Singapore (as they officials stated in the letter). Will this cause any problems with the transit pass through Shanghai?

Your itinerary is perfectly eligible for 144 hours visa free transit in Shanghai. As far as your Letter of Approval is concerned, there should not be any problems because Russian citizens apply for Singaporean visa using Singaporean eVisa system. By the way, it is necessary that you print out the Letter of Approval along with your flight ticket to Singapore and accommodation booking for Shanghai.
