About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

I am travelling to France, via shanghai, on Air New Zealand and Air France - transiting at Pudong.

I have a Travel Scoot electric mobility scooter, with a 274Wh removable Lithium battery, which will be removed and taken as carry-on luggage as approved by both airlines.
Will I have a problem with Security when transiting through your airport?

As I know, if the the battery more than 160wh, it is not allowed to be taken as the carry-on luggage.
