Is Canada-Xiamen-Vietnam-Xiamen-Canada Eligible for two 144 hours visa free policy?

Total trip length is 6 days meaning leaving and returning back to Canada within 6 calendar days. Spending 3 days in Xiamen and 2 days in Vietnam.
