Hi! I am Spanish, living in Taiwan, and I need work visa z for go to China mainland.

I first will go to Singapore for holidays, can I take China work visa in Singapore?

Sergio, I'm afraid not. Non-Singapore citizens are required to provide documents that entitle them to reside for an extended period of time in Singapore like original and photocopy of Re-entry permit, WP, EP, STP, DP or SVP.
