Hello,
Is this scenario possible?
Paris/Shanghai/Manila and the same backward a month apart.
Is it possible to apply twice for a 144h free visa within a month/5 weeks?

You can apply every day if your route and passport are eligible. And it's not a free visa, it's transit without a visa.
