Please advise how far apart between T1 and T2 of Urumqi airport? Thx!

by China West Air from Singapore. But need to connect flight (departure time 1355 hrs) at T2 by Hainan airlines to go Kashi Airport (Kashgar). Please advise me how much time require to travel from T1 to T2 and also do I need to clear immigration and customs and pick up checked baggage and re check in again at T2? what mode of transport I can take between T1 and T2?
