I am flying in from Lhasa to Xining after 7:30 pm thus will have to stay in Xining for one night. What train and which station should I go to for this train from Xining to Zhangye? Thank you.

In Xining, there is only one railway station for passenger use, Xining Railway Station. The earliest ride to Zhangye is at 8:57am. You can consider this one or a later one if you like.
