Can you please advise me how to get fom Xianyang airport to Citadines Central Xian hotel ?

Take airport shuttle bus to get to Xian Hotel first. It takes around an hour on the way. The ticket fare is CNY25 per person. After arriving, take metro line 2 to Bell Tower Station, Exit C. Walk southwest around 850 meters to find the destination.
