Am I eligible for 144 hours visa free stay in Beijing? Thanks

I am flying from Canada to Ulaanbaatar via Beijin.

Yes, you are eligible if your citizenship is Canadian or one from 53 eligible countries and if your flights to and from Beijing are nonstop.
