About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei
The route is Brussels > Beijing (by plane) and then move on to Hong Kong by train from West Station.
Is that allowed on a 24h or a 144h transit free visa?

You will need a ticket for the slow train in your hand when you check-in at Brussels, or else you won't be allowed to board the plane.

If you take the slow overnight train you can do TWOV. If you take the high speed rail then you need visa.
