Hi! I am thinking about traveling to Xining in a few weeks with a friend.

I am a foreigner living in Wuhan, and I have a Chinese residence visa. My friend is visiting China and has a general Chinese tourist visa, I think. Are there any special visa requirements for visiting Xining that we need?
