About:Chinese Embassy in Rwanda

Hello, I am a Rwandan citizen and I am planning to travel to Hong Kong in two weeks time.

I saw that I have to to apply trough the Chinese embassy in Rwanda but I am wondering if I have to fill the usual Chinese visa application form or do I have to use the one proper for Hong Kong?
I would also like to know if it is possible to get the visa within a week? and if it is okay if I provide somebody else's bank statement, who is not one of my parents.

The usual Chinese visa application form is not suitable. You need to download one designed for HK. If the Chinese embassy can directly deal with your application, it's possible to get it within one week. If the person who is willing to offer you the bank statement is not your relative, I will doubt whether you can get the visa. Contact the embassy for more details please.
