Shopping cheap clothes in Beijing

Hi, i really need help. I heard that Dahongmen and the market in Sanlitun is closed. Can anyone suggest where to shop nice and cheap clothes/souvenirs here. I went to silk market its very expensive. And also some street shops. Any wholesale market that is still open?

Hi, all the clothing wholesale markets have moved to other cities so it may hard to find those cheap clothes now.
