About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello, will I be covered under 72 hour visa free transit or 144 hour visa fee transit?

Will be traveling from Manila 7/21 to Pudong Airport and leave from Pudong Airport on 7/24 to Tampa, Florida?

144 as long as Shanghai will be your only mainland landing. 72 doesn't exist anymore in that region so its 24/144 based on length of stay.
