Two 144 hour Transits in one itinerary

I would fly Frankfurt - Shanghai (2 days stay). Shanghai - Tokio (10 days stay) Tokio - Shanghai (1 day stay). Shanghai - Frankfurt. I would book this as a round trip. Can I get twice the 144 transit visa?
