Notarization of certificates

Hi,
I am planning to apply S1 VISA for me and my son.My husband is currently working in china.May I know how many days it will take to Notarize my marriage certificate and my son birth certificate. I have already applied for notarization on 6th april 2019 still i didnt get any notification. Could you please tell me how many days it will take for processing?
