In reality, there are two SZ ports where you can obtain 5 days VOA, Fuyong as you have already mentioned and Shekou. Shekou is logistically better, but the problem is, it is available for VOA obtaining until 17:00 and you will arrive in SZ at 19:00 or later. To conclude, you will use Fuyong port.

2) There are several ferries arriving after 19:00. Just take a look at Bao'an Airport website and under the section called "Traffic", just choose "ship" and you will find a timetable of ferries connecting Macau with Fuyong port (in some websites this port is simply called Bao'an airport). According to the timetable, last ferry departing from Taipa ferry port (next to Macau airport) is at 19:00 and from Outer Port (within the old part of Macau) at 19:30. Listen... It is highly advisable to recheck these times of departure and the best option is to make a short walk to one of the mentioned two Macau terminals where you can also buy a ticket for your particular day and time of departure. In case that you want to arrive at Fuyong port at 19:00, you can also consult TurboJet website where they have published that the their last ferry departs from Macau Outer Port at 18:00. You can also buy this ticket online.
