Txs for answering my Questions it's a great suggestion. But will the consulate grant an F if I bring them a letter saying I'm being invited to work (15 days)? Of course I'll bring the letter shoeing I have a conference and need to re enter but the point is if the Chinese School sends me a letter in support of the Z will the consulate grant me an F ?

Well, if it's a public school, you may have a chance to get an F. Well, if the embassy still gives you a Z, you need to apply for a temporary residence permit after you enter China within 30 days. Once you get this permit, you are aloowed to travel back and forth within its validity.
