He is in Sichuan Normal University, Jin Jiang District, Chengdu.  Since he is a student and has no idea how to go about and what is the procedure. Weather he has to come to Pakistan oh can get it renewed in China, Chengdu or any other city. Waiting anxiously for your favorable reply, kindly advise, Thanks & Regards
