I am travelling to China and I want to know if I can bring car steering wheels into the country?

I am using the steering wheels to take to a manufacturer to have them customized. I only plan on taking 2 or 3 at a time. But it is a trip that I may undertake more than once every couple of months. Is there a way to legally do this?
