Can my wife study and complete an internship on a dependent S1 visa?
Hi,
We have been living in China for the past six years. I am here on a Z visa for my work. My wife and daughter are on dependent S1 visas.
Now that our daughter is attending school my wife would like to study for a course, part of which requires an internship. With her S1 visa, is she legally allowed to do this, especially the internship part of the course which is technically working as a volunteer status as these are unpaid?
