How can I get my criminal history check certified if I’m already in Beijing?

I have a police report given to my by my city in Texas but I have been told I need to go to Houston to get it certified. Is there anyway I can get certified here?

Aaron, you can get your criminal history check at the Houston consulate. However, you don't have to go back because you can entrust others or an agency to do the certification for you.
