is this allowed for China Transit visa with a UK Passport? - Macau to Shanghai to Hong Kong

Hi,

I successfully completed the Macau to Beijing to Hong Kong trip (in Mid April) with my UK passport and getting the 144 hour visa was very straight forward.

Can I do the above noted trip in June with the transit visa again i.e. Macau to SH to Hong Kong? P.S - I live in Hong Kong - but I hope that is not of concern to them? Is there any restriction to the number of times I use it?
