About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Xiamen

Am I eligible for this Xiamen 144 Hour Visa Free?

I will travelling to HK and Singapore from Canada and on my return flight from Singapore to Vancouver, I will be transiting in Beijing. I want to make a side trip to the city while I was in HK, do I have to apply for a visa or I can make use of this 144 hour visa free. Kindly advise.

Do you mean you want to travel Hong Kong-Xiamen-Hong Kong? That obviously requires a visa.

Your route isn't clear. If you want to travel HKG-XMN-HKG then you obviously need a visa.
