Would you like to recommend me any hotel or area near to shanghai railway station or the bund

Would you like to recommend me any hotel or area near to main railway station or the bund which is good to stay and not expensive like around 300Rmb..actually i’m not familiar with the city’bit confuse that where exactly i should stay and that places should be near like the bund or railway station because on monday i’ll arrive in shanghai around 12-2:00 pm So if the hotel is near then i can go to the bund on monday easily and i can have ferry ride...is that possible..can you guide me about this
