What I will be eligible to enter Guangzhou?

Hi,

I am having a Hong Kong resident ID, but an expired passcard to China, and an expired Hong Kong passport, will I be eligible to apply for a new passcard to China in Hong Kong, just with the Hong Kong ID card?

You should renew your HKSAR passport at the Immigration Department first before applying for a home return permit.
