About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Melbourne > Beijing > Islamabad (Pakistan)

as a Pakistani citizen Do I need a visa for my round trip and stopping over in Beijing for 9 hours on the way to Pakistan and on the way back on 6/7/19 transit about 15.5 hours,

No, you don't. Pakistani citizens are fine for Beijing 24 hours visa free transit (TWOV). Just keep in mind that in case that you want to exit the airport, especially during your longer layover, it is wise to book your accommodation in advance and to have a printed confirmation along with your printed onward ticket. Otherwise, Chinese authorities will be reluctant to let you exit the airport.
