About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am Pakistani citizen, travelling from Sydney to Islamabad , return ticket.

I want to know that while going to Islamabad i will be having 10 hrs transit at Beijing and 15 hrs when i will be returning back. will i be eligible for 24hrs free transit visa at Beijing airport for sight seeing.
