Transit visa for Myanmar passport

I am a Myanmar citizen studying in NZ and travelling to UK. I need to transit china. Do I need a transit visa if I do not leave the airport? Thanks

In most Chinese cities, as long as your transit is not more than 24 hours, you can enjoy the visa free policy, which means a transit visa is not necessary.
